Asin has played the leading lady and heroine in numerous Tamil films such as Majaa, Sivakasi, Varalaru, and of course Ghajini.  She has since been praised for her dual role in K. S. Ravikumar’s film Dasavathaaram, which she plays opposite Kamal Hassan who portrayed ten separate roles. Dasavathaaram is Asin’s biggest success to date. In this film, critics praise, Asin showed her true talent as a lead actress. Asin has since opted to make herself a more prominent member of Bollywood in order to garner even more fame to her name. Rumors have spread that Asin’s next big film is going to be a Tamil film starring Joseph Vijay.
